Answers toYour Questions

1

Schedule an appointment below, email or call to book a time to speak.
2
What is a 15 minute consultation like?
A consultation is an opportunity to get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and how we might work together.

I will explain how I work and find out what brings you to therapy and what you would like to get out of therapy.

You will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the process of therapy and how I work.

Many people are intimidated by the thought of starting therapy and have fears about what to expect, I hope to make things as comfortable for you as possible, allowing you to make an informed decision.
